Ecological catering

Our concern is to combine pleasure and health with each other and to support sustainable development.
Therefore, if requested, Brotzeit Catering also provide ecological catering with freshly prepared edibles from strictly-controlled ecological cultivation.

For us, the term controlled ecological cultivation, means that our goods are cultivated without pesticides, artificial fertilizers or chemical additives, and that no genetic engineering takes place. Animals are treated fairly without being pumped with antibiotics or mast cell—stabilizing agents.
